Oh dear, Master might be cooked here. (Specifically, baked.) Getting attacked from two directions -- he'd have to be made of stone to survive this, but....
I'm not confident enough to add this as an actual translation note, but I think Miharu in the third panel is implying the sunscreen the producer brought isn't strong enough. The two bottles seem to be SPF 30 and SPF 50, and Miharu may want something that provides more protection like SPF 70. SPF 50 is enough protection for most people, but Miharu is an idol, so it would make sense for her to be extra careful.
*sigh* It's sad how accurate these people are to how people would react IRL. Obviously in need of help? Nah she's just looking for attention. They are the first hypocrites if she ended herself would also say "She looked normal, we never knew something was wrong."
But well, we now know the parents are 100% the reason and I guess this makes her resentment of the boy more pausible even though it's irrational. He's not at fault for her shitty parents. She should end them in their sleep and be done with it. And yes, I'm endorsing killing (not murder since it would clearly be self-defense), sadly the law isn't of much help in situations like this or her coming to school the way she did would have already had the parents behind bars.
