Shirts that have straps, such as camisoles, tank tops, and spaghetti strap tops, aren't considered sleeveless because they don't have a neck. Likewise, strapless tops such as tube tops and off-shoulder shirts aren't considered sleeveless either, because they also don't have a neck. A sleeveless shirt is like a regular shirt with a neck and shoulders, but with the sleeves removed.
