Because it was tagged with hard translated, which implies that tag. Which begs the question: why is this hard translated? If this is from the original artist, it would be alternate language instead if it is originally in another language, but is that even the case here?

Hilarious in hindsight seeing as there's a LycoReco collab going on right now.

Not to bash on the collab or anything, since I'm finding it quite interesting, but WHY NOW are they making a collab with LycoReco?
I thought the anime was over, it's already been 4 years, so what is to gain in doing a collab at this point?
