Didn’t they post a WIP a little before the drama happened? Probably her trying to make a comeback she got around to voicing it and blob finished the work, correct me if this is completely wrong

I can't say for sure what the timeline is with this animation, but she has been streaming again for a good few months now. So the comeback is already happening. I am happy for her that she is doing better for herself now, even making a few new friends to stream with. I even saw SAC (the Video Editor guy who was part of the drama against her) being very supportive of her in one of her tweets about a month ago.

In the pakalive they mentioned that the puppet is supposedly to resemble Loves Only You, they mentioned her name few times(i don't speak japanese so take it with grain of salt)

Looks like in real life Loves Only You and Marche Lorraine grew up together on the same farm and later on even traveled together to race in the United States, so in all likelihood the puppet is probably supposed to resemble Loves Only You to reference their connection.

Pretty sure it's not meant to be any character, but just a generic marching band girl (as in her namesake song being an "official French military repertoire" according to Wikipedia)

she be a original in the since she's not a "real" Vocaloids

she is an original creation done by CAFFEIN but I believe crypton or something recognizes her and Akita Neru as official derivatives.

So even though they don't have a sound bank that you can buy there is a way to create their community defined voice using certain characters. So technically speaking they are vocaloids.
