Funny enough, out of everyone from the Anhilation Gang that popped in besides the rest of the playable characters in Penacony, The Dahlia ended up being the first and only (so far) playable character out of all of them.

I don't think it is, either. The sword's hilt makes me think this is Texas the Omertosa from Arknights in her premium skin.

For those confused as to why Negev is using the knife: the SS tattooed their soldier's blood type onto their arms for easy medical treatment. But after the Soviets learned about them, those tattoos blew the covers of lots of former SS men who who were trying to disguise themselves and escape.
