Lit. "cross-dressing top". A crossdresser, trap, girly boy or otherwise effeminate male character sexually dominating a partner, regardless of that partner's sex.
This is often part of a role reversal scenario, but it could also just be part of the character's personality. It is also common within pairings of two feminine males.
