Well I'm not a communist, but I certainly enjoy the Red Army Choir renditions of "Slavery And Suffering" and "The Artilleryman". I once saw some Indian guy selling Hitler ice-cream in India. If some Nepalese guy dresses up like this for a party it's plausible he does it because he saw it in a movie and thought it looked "fuckin' sick dude". Same with Japanese girls that like to cosplay.
