AI-generated art check thread

Regarding the lines: Yes, this is the author's mistake, as she told me: “I was lazy and basically placed the lines randomly during the sketching stage.”

Proportions, shading, and contours: The problem is chromatic aberration, which was applied to different versions one by one but with different parameters (there is no standardization, everything is done manually). And yes, part of the art with the right leg (Kafka POV) was changed because the leg seemed too thick.

I am attaching link to video with the open psd file and layers:

This has me uncertain now, but I cannot conclude this is not AI-assisted from this video. What is shown is more akin to photo editing or post-processing: layers being toggled, lighting adjustments, glow overlays, and colour corrections. The back-and-forth in our discussion came from the fact that their finished works look AI-esque but polished; the video only demonstrates their ability to handle that polish and editing stage.

At no point are the foundational stages visible: no sketching, no line-art buildup, no colour blocking, not even the construction of the elaborate bra pattern. I do not see why they would avoid showing the actual sketching and colouring process if they want to truly remove all doubt.

I was asked to send two screenshots:

1. A screenshot without the main color.

2. The texture brush that was used for the bra.

I'll retract my earlier statements for now. The AI-like resemblances are there (see forum #379076 for examples), but may stem from style and unusual errors. These works may be fully human-made or AI-assisted with human-drawn corrections, and ultimately has us dangerously uncertain what is human and what is not.

It's unfortunate if an artist is wrongly accused, but it's equally problematic when AI-prompters succeed works without drawing ability, necessitating this scrutiny.

I think this artist has proven her substantial human input. Her posts can be appealed.

Due to previously pointed out questionable parts of her work, we still need to consider if the AI-assisted tag applies.

I need to point out that the purpose of Danbooru's "no AI-generated" rule is quality control and anti-flooding. Assessment of a creator's virtue is not a factor in our content moderation process. Unavoidably as we tag a piece "ai-generated" or "ai-assisted" we are effectively making an accusation, but it still shouldn't become the purpose of our use of Danbooru's tagging and flagging features, or of this thread.

Curious on artist #545481
The only uploaded image here has the original link to a deleted tweet so hard for me to say for sure whether that one is generated or not.
That said this person has a Twitter bio written in Japanese that reads like a 100% red flag with the AI messaging.

I don't think this looks fully gen despite the meta data but I can't find a scan with that image in it.

I see, it's possibly a scan then. The chapter that features this outfit is titled 刺激的な祭の夜!!の巻 and it seems to be available here, but paywalled: https://comic-days.com/episode/10834108156633783915

Some random member accused this one for AI ("Ai garbadge" to be precise). What do you guys think?

Some AI artifacts:
- lines on her right boob don't make sense
- back of her collar
- the raised hand has inconsistent lines, two fingernails that are visible seem to be artist's doing and not AI's, still other nails are not visible at all
- stray hair that is glitched out on the left and especially on the right

Looking at the linework style, I think the artist redrew her eyes, mouth and a hand at the very least.
