Yes. She doesn't normally have a visible mouth, but when she grins her face splits apart like this to reveal her teeth.

Sorry, going to have to disagree with this practice. Regardless of what you theorize about what she's looking at, this image contains none of them. We see a book, we add book. If this had two men fucking, it would be fine to have yaoi, but inferring that because it's Kagami reading a purple book is meta-metadata, and not something we can afford to give a damn about.
