So cute.
I really like the idea of 'pregnancy halos'

Its okay for "immersive" implied pregnancy with the world setting
But such thing is unlikely because of:
1. The fetus/halo wouldn't always be upright
2. Halo need time to develop, that means it might not even be visible despite existing, even in form of mob halo. Especially true for early stage development
3. Fetus asleep most of the time. And sleeping girls have their halo shut off

2. According to devs, the mob halo is how everyone sees every halo around only the MC can see the detailed versions we as players see in game.

Where did they say this? I’ve never heard of it before.

I remember a promotional video, they all have unique halos, even some mobs, I think there is not a single halo that is the same, although for students, every halo looks the same in their eyes.

"Hey, girls! Let's just trespass, okay? Come on! It's not dangerous or anything. I mean, yeah, strange things have happened in the last days, murders, and stuff and what's with the lock-downs? But this? Totally undangerous! It will be fun!"
The three brave and very naive girls continued on their journey through the dark, muddy and long-abandoned tunnels whith a zombie outbreak running all the while. Nothing has happened so far.
"Hey, what's that?"
An eerie sound echoed through the underground city. A scratching. And then something resembling breathing...
"You know, maybe we should go..."
"Eh... ah. Silly, that's just the wind or something. Not like ghosts. Or zombies."
"Y-yeah, of cou—"
Before she could finish her sentence an humanoid shape entered the shine of their flash lights. A dark-red liquid dripped down its limbs. The girls froze.
And it dashed forward.

So... bad end?
