Oh, I just get it: Tower has XVI on her armband and Moon has XVIII, while Judgement has XX, that mean that they are the 16th, 18th and 20th (and current) High Prosecutors of Hell.

That makes me wonder which one Justice was: the 19th, or the First?

Just so you know, those numbers are their ordering in the Tarot Arcana. Justice is usually VIII, but some Arcanas have it at XI.

Justice is stated to be the High Prosecutor before Judgement, so those numbers probably have no relation to their time as High Prosecutors.

Gotta love her, the first Chilean shipgirl in Azur Lane (she is about as much Chilean, as Kongō is Japanese)

Except that is a wrong comparison, Kongou was build in the UK to be sold directly to the IJN, meanwhile Valparaíso is Vanguard being sold in the same way General Belgrano(Phoenix) was sold to the Argentinean Navy and yes, Kancolle was the second one(WSGR being the first one) with a latinoamerican shipgirl, AL coming third.

Another issue is that Kongou wears a nontraditional miko outfit which you can associate with Japan, meanwhile here i fail to see what part of Valparaíso's design is supossed to tell me she is from Chile?

Kongou speaking bits of englishs and liking black tea alludes to her birthplace, but i wonder if Valparaíso would do the same.

Do you even play AL Shippai?
I'm getting the vibes that you play for the other side...

Not anymore, and the same goes for "the other side" more like taking a break after how brutal last event was, so far AL events and character releases havent been my cup of tea enough to make me install the game again and even more if my potato phone has storage issues and not being lucky with emulators on PC. Im looking forward to the next KC event tho, which as ironic as it sounds that excel spreadsheet of a game doesnt give me troubles setting it up to play even in my phone(Full UI EN translation included).

Being critical of the character design or clarifiying something like the similarities or differences between both characters isnt playing a side, is making an observation.

i have to agree with you (i got that comparison wrong) but i would really like as a Chilean to see some kind of hints alluring to her “transformation” and new nationality

She is a "what if". The british navy were in negotiations with Chile to sell Vanguard, and if the sale or negotiation were not cancelled by then Vanguard would be called Valparaiso.

I think that new faction symbol is similar to the "southen cross" and if I am not mistaken the bird is part of the coat of arms that represents Valparaiso.

PD: Probably I am incorrect, but all the silver in her maybe is because Valparaiso has been known as the "Jewel of the pacific" (for touristic reasons of course).

PD2: She shares VA with Vanguard, so expect two weebs of magical girls

For those who have been following Kazkitashima's series starring this girl on Twitter but aren't aware of recent developments, they've transferred further postings of said series and other illustrations starring her to Morimorimoriwo's Twitter account after suffering one increasingly arbitrary shadowban too many.

Source

The Fanbox box account is also now seemingly shared between them, going by how Morimorimoriwo's name has been added to it.

I don't think this is AI. This artist has been doing 3d images that look like this for a long time

The movement feels too unnatural to be honest, they shouldn't be moving THIS much on the bed (especially with her lower half excessively moving before she even sat up a bit).

Not only that, at the start you can see the video with brighter colors like a static image, before they dull out when she starts moving. It feels like it would've been consistent if it wasn't AI
