Some type of testicular cancer can cause males to produce hCG (short for human chorionic gonadotropin) which is the same hormone produced by female human during pregnancy.
Of course, the implication on this image was not that, but a funnier outcome that Gold Ship was so 'potent' that even males can get pregnant (lmao).

Neither of the pregnancy tests are Golshi's. They are pregnancy tests for the trainer and his wife. But it does raise the question of how she got the tests for them, as you had said.
