Context for the uninitiated: they gave Kyogre a southern accent (I’m guessing they went for a southern old man vibe as the region Hoenn is based off is the southern region of Japan) in the English localization, and Biboo is NOT happy that her favorite Pokémon sounds like an old cowboy instead of a majestic ancient being.
