That is about the last number that we know for sure. However, it is over a year out of date. The reason for this is simply cause all manner of recordkeeping and the like has long since seized to function due to the devastation brought by Israel. This half a million figure is just an estimate, but it has reached the point that some consider it to be on the conservative end.
