There's no character quote or story scenario for this card because Haruka still doesn't have an active voice actress. However, she does have a non-speaking cameo in Yukari and Sono's stories (that is, they mention her being present in some form like appearing on a screen at the end of each story, but we don't actually see or hear her).
I'm surprised they even gave her a new card, though not at all surprised that getsuyoshi made art of the outfit the month it came out (post #10775487).
You forgot about the 3rd kind who asks, "Why is she licking the wall? Does it taste good? Does it have a pleasant texture? Or is she just being fucked so silly that she doesn't even realize her tongue is on the wall?"
Need a weapon check because I don't know Bloodborne weapons, is this the saw cleaver or the burial blade, or maybe neither? I'm thrown off by the long handle but the iconic shape of the saw cleaver.

Ouch. That must sting to Daisy that Fox, whose not part of the Super Mario Bros franchise gets a speaking role and involved in the new movie while she gets a non-speaking cameo in the stinger only.
