Because of the unicode character in my username, I am unable to see my deleted uploads.
I can't find anything wrong with this post and am confused as to why this got deleted but the parent is still active.

Both together is pretty much a death sentence. This means the answer to your question is “yes”.
I suggest you read the wiki article on third-party edits. De-censored images may sometimes be accepted, but what constitutes as “poor decensoring” is left to the discretion of the approvers and uploading should generally be avoided.

1. This post's upper body looks weird. Breasts are not placed correctly and the whole upper torso looks like it doesn't really connect with the lower body.
2. Comparing another post with yours won't help you getting this approved. Comparing posts is a pretty bad idea since "we" jusge posts on their own merits.
But if you really want to see this gone, then flag it and point out the errors.

I don't think I've asked in my previous post to get that post approved, I would have filed an appeal if I wanted to do that, but if I can't understand "your" mysterious and seemingly contradictory quality standard it's pretty much unavoidable that I will keep repeating the same mistakes.

The thing that jumps out to me is the oddly shaped hand in the foreground. The breasts also feel a little wonky. That said pretty much everything else seems fine. Bad anatomy isn't necessarily a reason to reject something outright, but for some approvers it is a dealbreaker.
