Well, the coloring and linework is, imo, pretty good, but the contents don't agree with me. She has giant's hands the size of an anime-person's head (Typically and realistically, a person's hands will, on average, be as long as a real-person's forehead (from the chin)), and plump isn't a very popular tag, all the more so when the plumpness is on the fat end of the scale as opposed to being simply overweight.

For this, I'd wager it's because it's an unpopular/niche copyright and boring subject matter. Otherwise, the coloring and linework are simplistic, and acceptable.

SO its just a matter of preference, alittle disappointing but atleast better than nothing

Too many small errors that might be acceptable individually but not all together. Some are hard to pinpoint but actually lead to the whole picture looking “off”.

One problem are the several small anatomy issues. As this turned into a rather controversial issue recently, I’m not expecting you to agree with me here...

  • Tenshi’s hands are rather bad and have no wrists.
  • Tenshi’s elbows look strangely round and curved. A minor issue.
  • Tenshi’s right eye (our POV) is too low, considering the main axis of her face, even if you take a possibly turned or tilted head into account.
  • Tenshi’s pelvis/hip area looks a bit off. Can’t pinpoint it exactly.
  • Iku’s pelvis/hip area looks very off. Maybe failed perspective.
  • Both their waists are pretty high. It’s still in an acceptable range, but together with the wonky hips it looks kind of wrong.
  • Tenshi’s neck looks weird, Iku’s just a bit.

The second major problem is the inconsistent shading. Even for such drawings, the human brain tries to figure out a somewhat consistent light source (or sources) and if it can’t do that, like here, it gives the viewer a feeling of “something is wrong”. The artist obviously tried to follow body contours and tried to take a strong light source (sun) on the right into account, but the result isn’t very convincing. Several areas are shaded according to a weak light source from the front, others are brighter on the right. For example, both of Tenshi’s arms are basically shaded for straight-on lighting, but her right arm (our POV) is just brighter all over, which doesn’t make sense. In fact, the thumb on her left hand (our POV) has a shadow on the right, matching a hypothetical light source on the left. Same goes for her bikini top’s left shoulder strap. Shadows for the hair are all over the place. Iku has some hair strands over her face with a shadow to the left and some with a center shadow. Tenshi has hair strands with shadows on the right, centered or none at all. Tenshi’s right lower arm casts a shadow on her upper arm, yet the hair strand right next to it doesn’t cast any shadow at all. In fact, almost none of the hair below shoulder height casts a shadow on her body. The strong light source on the right, implied by Tenshi’s bright right arm, right hair and some of the very bright highlights on Iku, doesn’t match the smooth and dull shading in other areas, which implies soft ambient light. A strong light source should produce hard shadows. No clue what kind of light source is illuminating Iku’s hair bow. The flowers and plants also look very dull.

An image just having elaborate shading and coloring isn’t enough. It also needs to be in the right places.

From what I see, you’re posting many images like this from developing artists who aren’t quite there just yet. Try to be stricter.

I'm pretty sure the legs in those pictures aren't supposed to look like that. The girl in the first picture has a broken right leg and the girl in the second picture seems to have a right leg that's protruding from a place to the far right from her butt. And that's without concerning the very simplistic art style.

But it's drawn well and it's the best version I can find.

Frankly, the strong philtrum and the wide neck give the image a bit of a Western feel, you can see in other images by the artist that the philtrum is less pronounced and very subtle. The shoulders look a little stiff as well, though these are minor things.

Really, the image is brought down so heavily by the jpegs. It may be drawn fairly well, but the image isn't very high quality. Even a clean lowres version would be preferable. I'm certain that this image wouldn't have been flagged if it didn't have the artifacting, but it does.

I get the the distinct feeling that the girl is not actually there. There are no shadows around the girl to indicate any visual depth with regards to her placement in the image. That and a few other things like her hands doesn't help that the image looks like it was done in less than an hour.

In addition to that it seems as though she were pasted into the background; aside from the color palette she does not seem in place at all. Notice that her feet aren't even level with the ground and she seems standing on her heels, not exactly a natural stance.

In terms of the lack of detail I can forgive that to a degree by attributing it to simulate an impressionist style. I think the clearly digital brushstrokes are analogous to the loose strokes by impressionists. The hands and feet however could be much better even in that style.

The hands aren't even the worst problem here imo.
The first one has notable uneven eyes (The left iris is much smaller than the right one) and the whole left cheek looks bigger than the other one.

The second one has notable uneven breasts and the right one looks more like a balloon.

There might be other issues, but that's the problems I saw on first sight.
