This is my guess as to why your post was not approved, because in the end it will depend on whether the approver liked the post or not. If you can, try to appeal, maybe someone could see quality in these posts and approve them.

The 2nd one is explicit. Imo it's really drawn well but generally it's way harder for explicit rated works to be approved even if the quality is good. Hopefully another Appeal might get it to the right approver.

Those are manual deletions, not automatic, which means the Approvers decided that it was so egregiously bad that they needed to slam the emergency brakes on your ability to post for a few days (each manual deletion costs you 5 upload slots).
So I'd say that they are actually pretty poor quality, and that you might want take it as the big red warning sign that it is.
