New collab costume. As with Dan Heng (Lurking) (Honkai: Star Rail), I did not fully qualify the tag with " cyrene_(ripples_of_past_reverie)_(nylon_japan)_(honkai:_star_rail)" as that tag is way too long and shortened version is unambiguous without it.
Related I've been holding off on tagging the new sticker costumes until I can confirm which is named which (since if they named the small Cyrene sticker "Ripples of Past Reverie" we're going to have a situation), though I see a Cyrene (Keeping Promise) (Honkai: Star Rail) has been made and added to a few posts already.
Edit to add: I see the bot beat me, but it's good to have both options for tag hierarchy for voting. So consider this an alternative to BUR #50183.

As with the Nylon Japan costume, I omitted the "ripples_of_past_reverie" qualifier from the tag name as unneeded.

Honestly I thought I was getting closer to understanding what makes it easier to get these approved or not but I'm once again left confused and lost. Across many discussions, different proposals and wiki edits to try and feel it out, apparently absolutely none of that is right, so it's back to square one with no understanding as to why these are left in limbo. It would be nice if we could be told what makes these difficult to go through, especially if they're left to autoreject, but others in the same topic go through.
This is what I was talking about in the other topic that it's slightly frustrating that "remove now readd later" is apparently okay for something as significant as dealiases for autocomplete reasons even if the dealiases are bad but implications like this are apparently worth fighting tooth and nail against, even after reforming the approach to clearly show differences between common alternate forms that otherwise might justify the way the implications are being made.

I've made topic #33866 for discussing the names of Cyrene tags in light of the terms the game uses in 3.7.
The last two BURs will need to be redone if we decide to change the name; but I'll just leave them open for now.

Presumably, this should be implied to Cyrene (Ripples Of Past Reverie) (Honkai: Star Rail) (unless we go with the flat two-level hierarchy), but I haven't made the BUR for that since I think we need to change that tag name.

This isn't needed any more. Welt Yang's tagging was originally split into two but since it's the same character shared across two different games (a literal continuity, not some weird "technical" logic), they were merged in topic #23944. Searching for Welt Yang will pull up the unqualified tag anyway so a qualified version being aliased is redundant.
Welt Yang does not use a qualifier because he is a Honkai Impact 3rd character where we try to go with full names as the full names are surfaced in most content as well as for consistency's sake.

It is an outfit for Ripples of Past Cyrene. So it should imply Ripples of Past Cyrene. (Which from my understanding, this BUR will just make it imply the basic Cyrene tag. And not the actual form that wears the skin.

Correct (assuming that the proposed three-level hierarchy is approved). The bot made the BUR pointing at the base tag because I did not fully qualify the tag name for length reasons. For the other two, I made my own BURs first to to point at "Ripples of Past Reverie", but I didn't for that one yet mostly because I believe we need to change that tag name.
(Short reason: in the latest patch the game uses that name to refer to Cyrene's other form. For the full wall of text, see topic #33866 .)

Just in case someone wonders, the reason I used the "Chimerric Park Countdown" qualifier instead of just "Chimerric Park" is because many of the characters featured in the countdown art(s) have different costumes in the actual Chimerric Park videos. This naming scheme avoids the potential conflict if we ever get fanart of both costumes.

Despite the lack of resolution on the open questions about how we're implying and naming Cyrene tags, I'm going to go ahead and make this one to pre-empt the bot. Otherwise it would bundle this BUR with some less problematic implications.
