Tag what you see, not what you know. Characters should be tagged based on what they look like rather than their canonical age or other unseen attributes.

TV Tropes calls it a stock femur bone. You could call it something like stock bone or cartoon bone, I guess.

If a character wears something on their limbs it's irrelevant for the nude tags. This gets added even if there aren't any gloves or better said, when there are gloves. Therefore, tags like naked_thighhighs, naked_gloves, naked_hat don't exist.

As in, how to tag or search for images that is naked but still wear hats, shoes, glove, socks, watches and so on? it is possible to do a search for nude+shoe+glove+..... but then the results would also exclude illustrations where the character is not gin a setting that is probable to wear socks/watchs/gloves and such. In other words, How to search for nude characters that are merely taken off their clothes but not any other things?

1. Traditional clothes is the best I can come up with. Its a somewhat touchy subject in Japan due to the Ainu culturecide so its not that common in anime.

2. Its a bit of a mess I agree. I have a hard time searching for totally naked girls without jewellery or makeup. Unfortunately fixing the problem would require both reaching a consensus on how to tag really/not really nude people and then launching a massive group effort to go through 156 thousand images tagged nude.

You could use nude ~jewelry ~hat -barefoot for a pretty basic search, but I agree that the nude tag's currently very difficult to navigate. Unfortunately it was decided a while ago that things like bare_arms or bare_legs don't apply to nude.
Feel free to open a thread (or search for an old one, I don't exactly remember if we had a dedicated thread to it the last time) to suggest a new completely nude (or similar) tag, I know I'd argue in favor of it.
