How do I tag this?

Apparently that thing floating in the lower right is supposed to be a tank wrapped in a flotation screen. Should it be tagged with tank?

The link in the comments section uggests Sherman DD as a tag if a unique one is called for to avoid consequential implications, but there's also this, which maintains these amphibious tanks (to suggest an alt label--but won't this just implicate back to tank given some time and the unlikely scenario of much more art depicting them?) could fire their weapons while at sea, and had little issue converting to their tradition configuration once ashore. So for all intents and purposes if you were to credit the latter source, it was an M4 Sherman medium tank, only afloat and wearing a skirt.

Is there a tag when the shirt is worn the wrong way round (nametag is at the back, so I think it's the case)?

No luck on the specific tag for which you're searching, but it's interesting that the order of the kana is backwards here as if there was an attempt to depict the shirt both backwards and inside-out, but then the script is not. You're doing it wrong might not apply to this situation, but would probably give you more returns of backwards shirts.

What are they wearing as a top? It looks kind of like a track_jacket, but it doesn't open in the front?

Due to not opening in the front, I'm going to say gym shirt, though does look a bit more like a track jacket.

Would adapted costume fit with common clothing items that are "adapted" like that in a sense? For instance, post #2956698 (gym shirt->leotard/swimsuit). I wasn't quite sure if that tag was the right one, but I couldn't think of an alternative for the idea (the gym uniform is a "normal outfit" for that character given how often the artist depicts it, so it fits the wiki definition in one sense).
