Not wearing any clothing on the body, from the neck down.

This means that items or small accessories that aren't considered clothing or that don't cover much skin, such as glasses, hats, jewelry, wristbands, anklets, tail ribbons, belts, shibari ropes, etc, don't count against this tag.

Non-clothing items that are worn like clothing (e.g. naked towels) do count against the tag, but items used to hide the naked body (as in nude cover) don't count. "Naked" substances covering the body (such as naked paint, naked chocolate, etc) are still considered completely nude.
