The other two posts from this "artist" are actually official art from the mobile game 盾の勇者の成り上がり RERISE. That got me wondering where this image came from, which pulled me into a rabbit hole that revealed to me that there are three Shield Hero gacha games:
1. 盾の勇者の成り上がり RERISE – Japan-only (Released 2021, shut down in 2023) 2. 盾之勇者成名錄 RISE – China-only, also released in 2021 3. 盾之勇者成名錄 浪潮 – Also China-only, released in 2022
Ironically RISE seem to have much better production value despite the title suggesting otherwise. It has full voice acting, WAY better artwork, and you even have the anime voice actors the likes of Uchida Maaya and Ishikawa Kaito speaking a little bit of Chinese for the game's promotional videos on the official youtube channel.
Malty is wearing the same bikini as her summer event skin from 2021 in 盾之勇者成名錄 RISE. You can see it here and here, which suggests that this image is either official art or fanart for RISE. Unfortunately, I can’t find the original. Searching for "盾之勇者成名錄 RISE" and "麥茵" yields nothing beyond the links above, and reverse image search just circles back here. It’s probably lost media at this point. At least you have Filo's sexy naked loli body with cute double buns bathing in the onsen.

What were the exact steps you took when you uploaded this? Did you paste the listed source URL to the text box on the Upload page, or did you do something different?

Okay, so here’s what I think happened.
The URL you pasted isn’t the actual image URL. Instead, it redirects to it. You can see this for yourself if you click the link then look at the URL afterwards. Danbooru’s uploader probably doesn’t support that website, so it just grabs whatever it can (in this case, an image sample). If you had recognized the differences in the URLs and used the correct one, then the full size would’ve been uploaded.

I've seen this kind of vehicle before, but I have no idea what it is.
It's a transport/loader vehicle for items, usually boxes or luggages. Usually you'll find one in delivery centers like Amazon warehouse or something like that.
I always found Night owl kind a strange Ailment to get. Whenever the girls get it, they acknowledge usually they shouldn't have stayed up late to watch TV or read comics or something. Therefore they know they should stop doing it. And somehow, bringing them to the infirmary gets rid of it? When they have the Ailment, it implies they are gonna keep knowlingly stay up late even when they know they have appointments. But a funny dream sequence at the infirmary and they get their ass back in gear?
Slacker is kinda in the same boat unless the Uma's base personality was already a slacker like Gold Ship. but hard working girls like Oguri or Mcqueen wouldn't really have that problem of not showing up for training.
Maybe if it was called "Insomnia" or something I'd get it. Since Insomnia isn't always something you can solve overnight or in a short time.
I can justify Poor Practice though, most of the time it implies muscle fatigue or the girls are just tired in general from over training. So having them take a day off or 2 would usually do it realistically to get them to heal back up. Maybe some vitamin supplements added.

I got Slacker once with one of the hard-worker girls (either Daiwa Scarlet or Air Groove, I can't remember which), and the cutscene justification was that she was so busy with other stuff she just plum forgot about practice until it was too late. Obviously that's the opposite of Slacker and something like Distracted or Overworked would make more sense, but it's probably just easier from a programming standpoint to have one ailment name and expect players to suspend disbelief a little bit in a few specific cases.
