It's the Gym Leaders' early designs! The differences...well, especially, Ryme doesn't look like the middle-aged rapper that we know, Katy looks pretty younger and was carrying a pair of scissors, Brassius carrying a bag, Larry, Kofu and Grusha looked different and Iono is shown with normal teeth instead of her iconic sharped teeth.
