To be honest, I don't like the outfit very much. It feels overdone and cluttered, with too many things going on at once. The bunny-ear antennae with an orbiting crescent moon and random audio jacks look particularly silly.

Great question. At first I thought James Hurley because of the leather jacket. But given the lodge-themed skirt I think its just supposed to be Twin Peaks inspired clothing.

I thought it was Bobby at first, but given Marie's temperament, it's definitely James.
