"Tell me, how much did you bet on Croix Du Nord?" "None matters for the heavens above have bet on me"
IIRC the total of Croix bets collectively was about 6 billion including the "If this happens and Croix wins" kinda bet. So Tabaru kinda indirectly caused the lite version of 12 billion incident.
RIP to that one or two guys who bet 100 million yen on Croix tho.
Rice Shower may have been the assassin back then...
But ever SINCE then, many more assassins have appeared to terminate the hopes of those that have placed their bets on some of the most powerful racehorses in the World...
"The rain rains down, rains down, Drenching both mounts and men. They must cross, [though] they will not cross. Tabaruzaka." —Tabaruzaka, an old Kumamoto folk song
1877. Meiji imperialists sought to break the siege of Kumamoto Castle. They marched to a narrow mountain road towards Kumamoto, the Tabaruzaka pass. The Satsuma rebels, led by Saigo Takamori, "the Last Samurai", intercepted them and a bloody battle broke.
Rain fell heavily, rendering the firearms useless. So the combatants fought in old-fashioned melee.
Calling Grand Cupido of all people "mediocre" is crazy
yeah they're a true dipsh!t that seems to have a problem with 3d animation and is an expert on balloons. same language as the flag for the recent howlsfm post too. we gotta bans these clowns.
as an aside. flagging a post imo should be saved for the most egregious illegal, spam or low quality art. ive seen some real stinkers get by unscathed. most of which i wouldn't even flag myself.
so people wasting time by flagging posts they personally dont like AND lying about quality should have their flagging abilities permanently revoked.

Meisho Samson finished second in the Takarazuka Kinen twice in a row under Ishibashi and Yutaka respectively. Now, Meisho Tabaru, trained by Mamoru Ishibashi and ridden by Take Yutaka has managed to win the Takarazuka Kinen twice in a row. This is, without a doubt, the power of horse racing.
Looks like his trainer and former jockey Ishibashi
To be honest, I couldn't makes heads or tails over either Yoshitaka Matsumoto or Mamoru Ishibashi because neither really matched with my personal reference from when I saw both of them together last Tenno Sho (Autumn)
From left:Ishibashi Mamoru, Take Yutaka, ???, ???, Matsumoto Yoshio
