Rinnosuke's flyer looks more like something out of a cult than a proper job advertisement: no info at all on the actual job or the company, extremely vague skill requirements, and terms like "new home" or "place to grow" are textbook red flags of a scummy place looking to ruthlessly exploit naive newcomers who don't know any better. It's a well-known fact that businesses comparing themselves to a home or a family or anything like this are to be avoided like the plague.
I've known my fair share of scummy or just incompetent small business owners who were awful to work under, including one who accused me of a crime just to avoid getting in trouble for his own fuck-ups (it didn't work out for him, his accusations were quite easy to disprove).

Funny that nobody has drawn any panels on the very real premise that both of them have equal chances of beating each other in gameplay.
Because neither are barely in game so far (as playable). If you pay attention in some-some, we already seeing bunch of umamusume had to deal some serious competition. Like Kitasan had to struggle against Duramente (campaign might hadn't done much unlike how it was done IRL and anime) until she becomes the "problem" for Cheval and Crown. There's Transcend which has to fight an overbuffed Falco and that is in the classics...
Historically as some would say, Verxina's reason of unable to gain the triple tiara is because she has to fight against Gentildonna to a point the "rivalry" in the game passes beyond the word "friendly competition" to her. The latter might not care anyway (or as fan depictions would go to that she enjoy Verxina's suffering). If the devs might feel funny, they might make Verxina's training campaign pure hell when it comes to racing against Gentildonna and hope we'll get a special scene if Verxina succeed in getting the triple tiara.

I mean in canon she's the only student who's 18 year's old so she's technically an adult, and this could happened in the other universe with sensei married kayako and had kids together.
