well any x rated material of someone under 18 is illegal where I am so I cant watch this anyways
Wait, we know in which year Hina was born?
She's not a real person, she has not a real ID, she can't be under 18, she can't be above 18 either.
She also can't and can't not give consent, by virtue of not being a person with an ego and a sense of self.
How do the rights of a fictional person work, after all?
They don't. They are not alive.

Here's a more relevant question: If someone sees such pictures over your shoulder, are they going to appreciate that distinction?
Alanis, killed by a prefect named Hina
A responsible user wouldn’t put themself in that situation in the first place. If any characters under 18 are off-limits according to local laws, then it would be safest to just not use Danbooru at all (or stick to donmai.moe) since a lot of characters sexualized on here are underage, even if it’s just by one or two years.

Why would there be someone observing me watch porn, said porn content being irrelevant?
I should not consume porn in public, and the public should not observe me in private.
Had I been watching porn on my smartphone in public, while riding a bus, for example, whoever sees me will judge me harshly, not mattering if the content was loli, vanilla, milf or geriatric.

For some reason someone saying to a friend "I was caught watching geriatric porn in public" sounds like a weirdly entertaining sitcom bit.

Okay, this reminds me of a weird situation I was in like 7 years prior,
I was in college and I was in the computer room playing video games, when I saw in the corner of my eye someone outright watching hentai in public on the computer and I was like "brruh...
In any case, although unlikely, this can indeed happen to you or someone else in unexpected places.
I wonder if part of the malfunction also includes the goddesses compensating for improvements in breeding and training by giving buffs based on factors like undefeated status back in the day.
Otherwise there's no reason for the musume of a newer horse to be afraid of an old legend because track times improving from generation to generation must mean the young'uns are actually faster. If Usain Bolt and Eric Liddell were simulated in their respective prime Liddell would be toast despite being a legend in his own right.

54 wins out of 54 races. Arguably the greatest racehorse to have ever lived, with an unbeaten record far surpassing Tokino Minoru's.
Story goes she and her cat Csalogány were practically inseparable and she would refuse to be transported without the company of her cat. This glitch incarnation of her will definitely get along well with Yayoi & Maria and Doto & Meto.
Kincsem also had a rather... peculiar way of running. She would often slowly walk to the start with a lopsided gait while slouching with her head bobbing, or as the news back then call it "...like an old gal with rheumatoid arthritis." Sometimes she'll start munching on grass and basically refuse to properly stand at the line until they just gave up and let the race start without her. Then she'll continue to chew, and chew.. until she suddenly decided to run and proceeded to crush all her opponents despite giving them all a MASSIVE headstart. Yeah, Golshi Warp has nothing on her. And no, this isn't a one time occurence. But she still won ALL her races.
Oh and Kincsem also had this weird quirk where she would ABSOLUTELY refuse to enter the winner's circle after a race to receive her awards... unless someone fastens a flower bouquet to her bridle first. Yeah, that's why her OC uma counterpart above has those flowers on her ear and hair.
i don't want to sound like a know it all, but Csalogány being a cat is actually a myth. instead, Csalogány is actually a fellow Hungarian horse that came from the same owner as Kincesm. however, unlike her, Csalogány would not be as successful following her 3 Year old season. but the two almost always traveled together when their owner wanted Kincesm to race.
as for her bad starts/giving other racers the advantage while grazing, this one is sort of overblown. or maybe even outright a lie. as the news reports for the race where the myth began actually mentioned Kincesm herself having had a good start at the Kétévesek Versenye.

Two different sites, two different information.
I think NNescio got his info from here:
https://thevaulthorseracing.wordpress.com/2013/09/20/kincsem-the-mystery-and-majesty-of-an-immortal/
While yours, I assume, is from the Wikipedia, yes?
Edit: at least I think that where he got his info, gotta look a bit more, brb.
2nd edit: back, and updated the link.

the problem with trying to find records about race horses from anything before the 20th century is that it's quite hard.
https://hu.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kincsem_(versenyl%C3%B3)
but yeah, in the Hungarian wiki Kincesm's friend cat was just mentioned as a black and white cat. meanwhile. Csalogány was however repeatedly mentioned as being the horse of Miklós Blaskovich, the brother of Ernő Blaskovich (Kincesm's owner), and also being her training partner. you can even find Csalogány's as one of the runner ups in Kincesm's 8th and 12th races, the Kétévesek Versenye and Nemzeti Díj respectively.
you can also find Csalogány's pedigree here.
https://www.pedigreequery.com/csalogany
as for her start in the Kétévesek Versenye, Kincesm is mentioned here, in the middle paragraph alongside Csalogány, to have had a good start with the rest of the pack.
