Yup, checking your weight the first thing in the morning pretty much just tells you, "This is how much you sweated during the night."

If the girl was active much of the time (apparently not the case here), she could have lost a little bit of fat, too, but thatโ€™s easy to replace by eating during daytime.

Basically, you can lose weight for real in this way, and it might be more enjoyable than by hiking. But it will take time, and youโ€™ll need to watch your diet.

    Sad thing that weight loss by sex only works if you're the one actively moving. Being a limp dead fish won't do much aside from the sweating part...

    Yep, I've read Ashita no Joe and Sylpheed enough to know that trick for shimmying into different weight class.
