There are two humans in JP and EN combined Suabrua and...Ame maybe
I write Ame as essentially being time displaced to the point where she doesnt age and cant die. Like, stab her and suddenly she just fractures in time and appears having dodged your blade, shoot her and suddenly she appears on the other side of you having never been where you were aiming. Just and absolute monster that was once human.
Actually, those horns (and draconic tail on last panel) would've indicated that the taller girl is a Kimiri xenotype. Kurin mod introduces two 'races' which is Kurin the lupinemorph and Kimiri the dracomorph.
Wow, that cockpit took effort. I play DCS and own the F/A-18C module and can recognize everything in its proper place. Even what is on the MPDs is legitimate with the sole exception that the radar would NOT be scanning and radiating while there is weight on wheels. And as an aside, yes the DCS F/A-18C does have a Top Gun skin available for it.

Ace Combat player here, yeah I remember using those skins. Even did speed runs on the midnight trench mission, re-enactments of the dogfighting scenes in the multiplayer. Played religiously of course, but havenโt picked up in a while.
Drawing a Super Hornet cockpit might be more appropriate for a "Top Gun Maverick" reference.
I see some more things that could use some tweaking: The power switches for the MFDs and other displays are turned off. The Master Arm switch is in the "SAFE" position, but the SMS MFD says "ARM" in the middle. On the flight deck, the altitude should be somewhere around 60 feet, but the HUD says 1 foot, and the standby altimeter says 6000 something. XD
IANFIJ, but pretty sure it says something to the effect of
Nemuno: (sighing) "Such a cute face!" "Won't you stay the night?!"
Cirno: "K."
nemuno says "menkoibe!" with menkoi meaning cute/adorable/precious in hokkaido/tohoku dialects (according to jisho) and "be" being a sentence ender in the tohoku dialect (also from jisho). hopefully any translators can properly capture this because i can't.
Since Hokkaido and Jisho are cold, rural places, how about an American Midwest dialect? Nemuno's dialogue could be something like, "Oh, for cute! Won'tcha stay for the night?"

Mmm yes... I had to look up 'decuple', and it means to ten-fold a number. The Greatest Army didn't have to face a lot of communists --- unless, as I suspect the splendid Tanya joined a Freikorps after the war --- but even in a world of fast-changing loyalties, there were not 80 million of them in Europe including Mother Russia, so her plucky idealism would have to be disappointed.

Good idea, though.
communist china has more than plenty of them, and knowing full well about chinese history I'm sure Tanya's gonna have an easy time, loyalty is not even an issue on her part.
