The tank resembles an Abrams, based on what I can see. As far as I can tell, none of the tanks in recent Japanese service have the tow cable stowed on the side of the turret like that. The scale is way off though. From reference pictures, the top of the armor side skirts should be somewhere around armpit to shoulder height on an average adult male, while in this picture it barely gets above Miho's elbow.
Is there a tag for the sides of the abdomen being fully exposed but the front of the stomach being not visible despite being easily deduced to be uncovered by anything, because the image is showing the character's side rather than front?

Yeah Since the most of genshintwt doesn't actually treat queer relationships as serious and they sees it as "non threatening". And also significant amount of them fetishizes homosexual relationships despite not being queers themselves such as Fujoshis and Yuritards for example.
