Look, pretty much everyone here agrees these censorship laws are dumb, but do you really expect most artists to risk fines and prison time just so they can show a little extra skin?

The characters are a little too stylized and mutually obscured in some areas for me to be sure, but I can just about make out what I think is "あま？？ ぱぶりっくりれーしょん" The bottom line is "public relation(s)" spelled out in hiragana. I'm not sure of the top line without pinning down the other two characters. Searching the "public relation" character string in conjunction with Su's name doesn't seem to turn up any official results, just one guess on Twitter/X that the top line is あまもぐ.
