As far as I am aware they are two different origins

It’s correct in the image proceeding it.
This might sound odd for people who don’t draw digitally, it’s kind of one of those “relatable artist meme”s but a common thing people do while drawing digital, is flipping the canvas throughout the process to make sure nothing looks lopsided and/or make it easier to draw lines going in the same direction. But during that process you can forget witch orientation the image started as. and just put things in the wrong side age not realize it till it’s rendered or finished.
So that, plus the combo of just not noticing the error I kind of expect is what happened here.
