Current Events- Aston Villa (the football club) has just won the Europa League, marking their first European trophy in quite a while.
I like how Emiliano Martinez said his goodbye's expecting a transfer last year but nobody wanted him so was stuck at Villa. Guess he had the last laugh. Artist did him a bit dirty with his nose here though lol.

Man I really hate that.
Tried to watch this series a few weeks ago. Got to the part of the first episode where this bitch decided she was going to electrocute this guy because he... I don't fucking know, but for all I could tell because he tried to stop some other guy from bothering her because he knew she could electrocute him, which she actually did along with the other guy's friends while they were chasing down this protagonist to beat him. And then she also wanted to electrocute Mr. protagonist.
It's not very obvious, but this wasn't their first meeting. Mikoto already knew that her attacks wouldn't hurt Touma. She is tsundere, but she isn't electrocuting people for no reason. In fact, Mikoto is chased them down to save Touma from those thugs, as his ability is useless against non-supernatural threats (even though he tried to save them from her in the first place...)

Christ, what a nonsensical description of events, but I swear the anime wasn't making any more sense. And the worst fucking part of it all being that I knew Mr. protagonist was going to befriend this baffling bitch, probably without even beating her to a pulp first!
Maybe I'll try watching this one again some day, but I'm not looking forward to it.
How can one man be so bold yet so incredibly wrong?

Okay, that actually helps a lot. Thank you.

Yeah I don't like that either, but I'll give the series another try.

By quitting an anime right when it looks really bad, which (on a quick second glance) turns out to be about a second or two before it hints that it's not that bad.
As for the correlation between boldness and error: It's a lot easier to never be wrong if you just keep your mouth shut. But it seems cowardly and not a good way to learn.

Discretion is the better part of valor.
not a good way to learn.
Yeah well, I usually use my Careful Observation and Critical Thinking skills to skip past the 'blurt out the first obviously wrong deduction' phase.

This is all just talk just an anime on the internet, it doesn't requires much valor or the equivalent sort of discretion.

you and your fellow gestapo goons don't care about the law and constitution. So don't go talking about understanding the other side because you yourself don't want to.
And you still haven't answered my question, by the way: What did I say that indicated to you that I was unwilling to understand "the other side"?

Please don't use criticisms of your analysis of an anime series to segway into an unrelated political argument.

brother how did you get 24/14 uploads?
It's possible to exceed the maximum if you have recent manually deleted posts. Right now, the uploader has 9 pending uploads and 3 manually deleted uploads, the latter taking up 5 slots each, so the total number of slots used up is 9 + 3 x 5 = 9 + 15 = 24.

Meanwhile, in Brittain:
"Nowak, a first-year accountancy and finance student at the University of Southampton from Essex, was walking home from a night out with university football teammates when he was attacked. Prosecutors say Digwa stabbed him four times after Nowak tried to escape.
When police arrived, bodycam footage captured Nowak leaning against a wall, supported by Digwa's father. The father told officers: "He keeps dropping down, so I am just trying to keep him up."
Nowak repeatedly said "Can't breathe" and told them he had been stabbed. Instead of rushing medical aid, officers handcuffed the bleeding teenager while arresting him for suspected assault - based on claims from Digwa's family that Nowak had racially abused them. One officer responded to his desperate pleas about being stabbed with: "I don't think you have, mate."
Henry then passed out and died, drowned in his own blood."
You can keep calling people names and strawmanning, but as society has gotten ever more "diverse" things have only gotten steadily worse, crime is growing, freedom is shrinking, people are noticing, and it's only going to get worse and more polarized, exemplified in parties like Reform, Restore, National Rally and AFD. And, of course, the great old orange one, Trump.

Quite the mental leap to have a murder and go WELP, IT'S DIVERSITY'S FAULT.

Obviously none of this would have happened if the immigrant party hadn't been there.
More to the point however, what particularly angers people about this story is more the way the police acted. And it is exactly the diversity ideology that is behind this two-tier system it demonstrates.

I don't know how to tell you this, but non-immigrants can kill people too. Most school shootings are perpetrated by white males for example. You are just a racist POS. Pretty obvious given that your only favorited image is a pro-ICE propaganda piece, but I do want to at least say that you are.

And you have to point to a very particular and very rare kind of murder to make it about white perpetrators.

And yet we know that west-European societies used to be far safer than they are today, and far more genuinely tolerant. You can call me racist all you like, but it won't change anything. Things are just going to keep going the way they have been going for the past couple of decades: More diversity propaganda like "pathways", or telling British students that only whites can be racist as they're starting to do now. And yet still more people will be holding up characters like Amelia as the justified villains. What the hell do you think you're helping?
