I really don't think the science_babies and wife_and_wife tags are applicable here. Though this brings up an important question. What happened to Spe's father in canon? Is he dead, a deadbeat who ran the moment he learned of the pregnancy, or was her mom too dumb to use protection?

What bugs me about the "I will transform into your worst fear." trope is, that no writer has considered the possibility of someone's worst fear being so horrible, that it even horrifies the shapeshifter.
It's what happens when the closest thing to an Umamusume-fied SS we're ever going to get for the foreseeable future is Manhattan Cafe's imaginary (?) friend... Still hoping for that to change though. Same goes for some of his kids and grandkids.
