I think Noshiro is wearing her official skin as well so I've added that tag, but someone who knows AL better than me can double check. If so, then it makes it interesting that Jean Bart isn't wearing an official skin too, but maybe it's an outfit she's worn in promotional material that hasn't made it into the game.
