When attacking someone affected by 'Truancy', inflict 'Fear' status. Repeatedly applying 'Fear' stacks will turn it into 'Trauma' and increases 'Obedience'.
When 'Obedience' reaches certain threshold, immediately cancel 'Truancy' when it appears.

Guessing the weapon request is for the revolver in the background; it's difficult to tell due to how minimally it's drawn, but it kinda looks like the Colt 1860 Army based on what might be the reload press? I'll add the tag but leave the request tag on, just in case.

It's WAY vague, but my guess would be a Remington 1875. I'm seeing a slight hint of that fin that's present on those models. A design holdover from their 1858, if I remember right.
