I just read up on this earlier today. The Control Demon (Makima) is themed after Conquest, one of the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse (though some interpretations use pestilence instead, since conquest is so similar to war).

Anatomically those tentacles aren't really different from extra arms, so it's more like sucking on your own finger...and since they're not really a sexual organ you can't say it's autofellatio.
