They usually still get done sooner or later, but usually you'll notice they're farther down most translators to do list. Some like this one get done quicker since most of the pool isn't pornographic in nature.

I just read up on this earlier today. The Control Demon (Makima) is themed after Conquest, one of the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse (though some interpretations use pestilence instead, since conquest is so similar to war).
