Asmoday is talking to what seems to be Phanes, she prob said something bad, and Phanes said "It just shows your upbringing is bad" as in "Your parents didn't do their job educating you", but Phanes here is kinda like a parent to the Shades, so for Asmoday it is ironic Phanes is saying this.
The other shades are just here as in kids witnessing their big sister arguing with their parents.

Atleast it's my interpretation.
