I was on my phone trying to see why someone didn't 1up this, and compared only the top part of the image to the other post and saw it was less pixelated then approved it. My brain didn't clock the big grey blotch until after approval. I avoid approving on my phone to avoid things like this happening.

Itโs really all my fault for uploading this. I uploaded too hastily not realizing the image was cropped I assumed it was still loading. Thatโs my fault for being way too hasty. I did flag it as soon as it uploaded due to my mistake.
