Japanese regularly skips pronouns so I'm not sure if わかんないなら。。。いいんだよ should be "If you don't get it...then it's fine" or perhaps "If *I* don't get it...then it's fine". Could also be that wakannai is supposed to be its own sentence, so "I don't get it. Then...it's fine".

idk why ppl dislike your simple question instead of just replying or ignoring, but no, the artist just had done some illustrations for nikke and occasionally worked/ helped with design of some skins but as far as i know they arent responsible for creating whole chracters from the game

I think the Fortnite tag might~ need to be added considering that's the joke of this illustration; each of the characters featured are are in the game, Darth Vader is using a sniper rifle (which is something he generally doesn't do) and there's a barrel prop unique to the game in the bottom-right corner.
