It's an artistic error. If you are interested, transparent, semi-transparent, translucent etc show you how objects looks behind a semi-transparent objects. Spoiler: outlines don't randomly appear in the middle. It's not how the world (or art) works.

Perhaps I'm not interpreting what you're saying correctly, but the line visible within the liquid doesn't look random at all to me. It's the line of her shoulder, clearly connected to the curve of it above and below the liquid. There isn't any background detail in the wall behind the rest of the liquid, so there's no other details showing through.
Now, could this effect have been done better? Perhaps. The artist could have distorted the outline to account for the refraction in the liquid. Or they could have used a reduced opacity on the wine overlaid on previously existing color (if their art software was capable of it). They seem to have opted for this simplified representation instead. Based on this reasoning, I still contend the line of her shoulder being visible, in and of itself, is not random.
That said, I'm not about to get into a tag edit war over this, either.
Show one other example where the supposedly transparent/semitransparent object is solid colored, the outlines behind it appear on them, and the outline is the same color as normally.
This is an error in coloring and composition/layering, exactly what artistic error is for.
Third-party edits like that are against the rules.
Oh I meant the comments. I wasn't thinking of posting it on danbooru as a picture, but that would make sense if the edit is high quality enough.
I am pretty sure this is AI Generated, not only because all the other art of this person is AI but there are also several things off about this one (For example the Torpedo tubes, Anchor ornament on the leg and other small things)
Where is the continuation of this? I'm pretty sure there are two more panels where she puts it into her mouth and complains about the taste (for context, the switch cartridges are made to be very bitter in order to prevent small children from swallowing them)

I did hold off on uploading them for a while in case you had to step away and were going to come back to it later, but when I saw you used your remaining upload slots to upload two unrelated images from the same artist, I assumed you moved on or forgot about it.
The one without the logos didn't get approved for whatever reason.
It's post #10023324 for reference since they don't appear as children by default.
Speaking of which, why was this post made the parent? The other one has a much higher resolution and I don't see any evidence of it being upscaled by a third party . Were the logos removed by a third party?
Also, @Ylimegirl what's the story behind the artist tags for these posts? I see you added hubestjoa to both posts but then removed them later. Do you remember why?

Probably just got cold feet about if this was an actual artist account versus a reposter. These would've been the first posts with the hubestjoa tag, after all.

You're kinda starting a shitstorm yourself right now. Seems KaitoDies knew what he was talking about after all.
We all like different things, and we want to see more of the stuff we like on Danbooru, but this is Albert's site and only what he likes and what the approvers he chooses like matters. Sometimes they like stuff we like, sometimes they don't.
