The artist can't seem to decide whether Hiyo should be wearing a wristband or not. It sometimes disappears only to reappear again. She wears the wristband in her card art (post #11223888, post #11223889), so I think it's safe to assume that the wristband is always supposed to be there and that anytime it's missing counts as an artistic error.
The creator is lying. They once said they were 12 and got kicked off the platform, so they started lying about the age.
Regardless, what about a boy with a very clearly childish personality and appearance opens the opportunity to being 18+ 💀
