Depends on the comics. In some of the older ones they get along well enough to team up and be friendly, and I remember at least one of the newer ones Spidey seemed to have some respect for Frank despite fighting him.

This is the equivalent of people asking for an anime adaption of Crossbone Gundam, nobody asking for it has read the manga, otherwise they wouldn't be asking for it, they just want to see the cool robots in action.

To say Gundam is about robots is really missing the message the IP is built around, the tragedy of war.

Personally, I’d love to see some sort of new media around The Revival of Zeon but seeing Gundam Moon is a thing, such wish is a pipe dream. Closest we ever got is MS Igloo 2, in regards to a real warfare genre Gundam series.
