Context:

The distorted Laios is based on a distorted image of streamer FlightReacts sitting in a car known as "Withered Flight". Withered refers in this context to the withered characters of Five Nights At Freddy's (withered* five_nights_at_freddy's)

This was then folded into the Dustin Lucas Will Mike Burp meme that uses the Stranger Things Recap Rap from the Tonight Show with a loud bait and switch with the burp sound.

I have no idea if we need either or both meme tags, so I'll leave this info in this comment for now.
