Still don't know who this individual is, but the same silhouette ALSO briefly appears in the "sike! event's not over yet" cutscene for the ongoing collaboration event (asset #48056342, 1:22). So we may get some answers in the near future.

Would like some confirmation/backup but yes, it does seem like a reference to the youths' JJK, specifically Fushiguro Megumi.

Added to Current Events (pool #5960) because this is inspired by the real Cheval Grand making his equestrian show jumping debut.
