This tag should not be used together with genderswap. Gender transitioning is for when the process of transitioning is portrayed (whether, for example, through immediate physical cues like a mastectomy scar, or implied by the presence of the transgender flag or through dialog), while genderswap is for magical transitions and "what if?" scenarios unrelated to real-world gender transitioning.
Use gender transition timeline for posts showing the before-and-after of transitioning. Use transformation instead if the manner of transition is magical or otherwise unrealistic in nature.
