A post about a transgender person transitioning from male to female. This may include direct, implied, or stated depictions of gender transitioning, such as undergoing hormone replacement therapy or getting sex reassignment surgery.

Do not use this tag if there's no indication of gender transitioning actually taking place or having taken place, or for magical or unrealistic genderswaps or transformations, or for a non-trans individual taking part in crossdressing or feminization as a sexual fetish.
