The coloring in those posts were not elaborate or mature. They don't look like they took more than three layers, and sometimes the shadows look too hard-edged and straight-edged on curved body parts. They are believable as amateurish work.

post #9391229 - pinterest sometimes (but rarely) is a first-party source, and the user who uploaded the image has other socmed profiles which indicate AI usage. on mobile and refuse to login to twitter so I can't check if the same image was posted on their acct but I imagine that'd be the final nail in the coffin

I don’t see anything obvious, but art like this has fooled me in the past.

Artist waonaolmao posted this picture, got accused of using AI, and responded with these proofs. Would appreciate any input. Personally, I think the way those layer folders were organized was a little weird, because one ear was with the face layers and one was with the hair.
phoenix_(lanzilong646) infrequent uploads, the lightning and saturation look off on each of the artwork, but doesn't look 100% generated, maybe assisted?
this pixiv tagged as ai by author and artworks before that look significantly worse

This is literally impossible to prove unless we can barge into this guy's house and check his computer. Once you've moved between mediums we're not going to be able to check anything. Artifacting and other strange inexplicable features are not going to leap off the computer onto paper.
In any case a random comment underneath a post, not even the original post but an archived image on danbooru, is not very strong evidence either way.

The shading and linework both look human as each brushstroke is easy to identify. It's bad vulva though.

Back to „this is AI because it looks AI“ I see.
Compare the drawing style of their colour illustrations with the doujins they draw and you see the ground work is the same. You just accuse them because of the shading or how about you point out exactly where the „huge AI involvement“ is you see oh so clearly?
